We're a small business and we ship all our orders within the time period of 7 to 10 days.
No returns or refunds are eligible unless our product gets delivered damaged or broken.
Without an unboxing video (no cuts or edits) we cannot provide or initiate any refunds.
No cancellations are allowed once the order is placed and confirmed.
Orders are taken through the website, and Dms.
While placing an order, please make sure that the address details along with the pincode and phone number are correct.
(Parcels get returned to the sender if the provided address is wrong or insufficient)
WE DO NOT OFFER COD.
We do not accept urgent orders, each order is made & packed with love and patience.
(Tracking details are sent via text message and email through shiprocket. If there's any issue with the delivery please dm us immediately so we can take action if needed)
(If you're unable to take the delivery, and the parcel gets returned to us, it'll be shipped again only after the shipping charges are paid for. We do not cancel orders or do refunds unless it's a fault from our end).
