Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances, except in cases where the fault lies with us.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Change of mind after placing an order
• Incorrect address, pincode, or contact details provided by the customer
• Failure to receive the parcel due to customer unavailability
• Delays in delivery by the courier partner
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments must be made at the time of placing the order.
 
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders once they have been placed and dispatched. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 
3. Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fault on our end, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
To raise a replacement request, you must:
• DM us within 24 hours of receiving the product
• Share clear photographs of the damaged or defective item and its packaging, and an unboxing video without any cuts or edits.
• Keep the original packaging intact until the issue is resolved
Once we verify the claim, a replacement will be dispatched following our standard shipping timeline of 7-10 business days.
 
4. Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery could not be completed — due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability — the order will only be reshipped after the applicable shipping charges are paid again.
We do not cancel orders or issue refunds in such cases.
Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct at the time of placing your order to avoid return shipping costs.
 
5. Order Cancellations
Since each order is personally shipped, cancellations are generally not accepted once an order has been confirmed.
