Shipping Policy

Thankyou for shopping with skasastudios, please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
 
1. Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
 
2. Shipping Time
We deliver across India. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by:
• Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes
• Public holidays or festive seasons
• Unforeseen delays by the courier partner
We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
 
3. Shipping Charges
We charge 80-120 INR for shipping, depending on the weight of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
 
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website. If you have not received your tracking details within 7-10 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
 
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2-3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.
 
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take an unboxing video without any cuts or edits of the package and product immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours from the parcel getting delivered. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
